Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping, but we only ship within the United Kingdom! 

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Delivery Time: Order procession Time + Order Shipping Time
  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Order Shipping Time: 4-6 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. You have 30 days to return your product(s) after you've received it. Once 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot accept your return(s) anymore. You are responsible for the return label and the costs thereof (with the exception of damaged or wrong received products). 

When will I get paid after returning my product?

Once we receive your return and approved the return, you will get the refund within 14 days on your original payment method.

How can I track my order?

We will e-mail you a tracking code. You can track your order using our Track Your Order page.

What if I receive a defective or wrong product?

If you receive a defective product, or receive the wrong product please contact us as soon as possible. You must provide us with photographic evidence. We will then ensure that you receive a good product free of charge to replace the damaged product, we will also cover the return shipping cost.

What is the process for exchanging a product?

Unfortunately, we don't accept the exchange of your items. You can however always return your items within 30 days and place a new order

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Unfortunately, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please check your order before placing it.
